Maintain Mental Wellbeing During Covid19
These are times when every one of us is suffering from a house arrest whether we are liking this or not but we all have to bear the brunt. This is taking a heavy toll on a lot of people’s physical, mental health. I am a single mother who lives with my daughter and how can we remain unaffected with this.
HOW ARE WE COPING WITH SELF-ISOLATION?
My daughter and I love to go out on dates and spend time watching movies. There is hardly any movie that we miss out. Once this lockdown was announced it became very difficult for both of us to remain locked. Then, one day my daughter gave me an idea and she made a small theatre at home and we start watching a movie on Netflix. We also had popcorns while watching the movie and enjoyed time together.
We started making a lot of informative COVID19 videos which not only keeps us busy but also provides genuine information in a fun way to people. My daughter started helping and learning new house chores which we both think is the best way to utilize time. I started using this time to reignite my passion for sketching and started working on my second book for which I was not getting time. I know that it’s difficult for all of us especially when from everywhere negative news is coming but I always believe in one thing that time is testing you and we can do wonders if we decide as everything is in our mind.
Keep faith in yourself and reignite your passion as you might not get time like
this again. Meanwhile, let Nature heal too, for a beautiful world tomorrow.
